 Thank you for choosing simply pawsitive grooming for your pets grooming needs. We pride ourselves on providing the best care for your best friend. Before grooming, please read and agree to our terms of service: 

• Proof of rabies vaccines are required for all pets 4 months and older.
• Bath tub with removable shower head or sink.
• A quiet comfortable area large enough to set up a grooming table with room to work around

We require a 24 hours notice for your appointment cancellations please ensure you take all precautions to not miss your appointment.

Within the 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will incur in a 50% of appointment total.

Missed appointments will incur in a 50% of appointment per pet. 

 After Simply pawsitive grooming arrives at your address we can wait 15 minutes; failure to answer door to provide service, you will be asked to reschedule and the cancellation fee will apply.

 This fee will need to be paid in full before further appointments can be booke

Owner is aware that if hair on the pet is in a matted condition, pet may not be able to receive the style of cut requested. There are extra charges if matting is significant $15/30 min of additional time. If your pet is matted, there is a health crisis. In order to prevent inhumane discomfort and or pain to your pet, your groomer may feel it necessary to shave down your pet if it is severely matted. Shaving a pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions or sores. Shaving such may cut or irritate the skin. We do not pay vet bills for eye irritations, skin rashes, cuts, skin irritation, repairing broken skin or hematomas due to scratching, licking, chewing, or shaking. These are common responses to shave downs. The groomer will employ the greatest care to avoid such events, they can and do occur in shave downs. 

Simply pawsitive grooming respects your home and will strive to leave it as found. However, because of the nature of dog hair, a 100% hair-free guarantee is not possible. simply pawsitive grooming will also make every effort to prevent a drainage clog, but we will not be held

responsible if a clog is produced from pet hair

Prices are non-negotiable and must be paid in full at the end of service. We accept cash, credit card payments. Pricing varies for each dog and is determined by the dog's size, temperament, and condition of the dog's coat.

If your pet has any medical problems (seizures, arthritis, collapsing trachea, etc.) please make us aware of them. 

Simply pawsitive grooming reserves the right to refuse service to customers whose pet may pose a threat. Whether it is aggression, health, or parasite problems.

I agree and hereby release simply pawsitive grooming, financially or otherwise, for injuries to my Pet, myself, or any property of mine while pet is participating in services provided by simply pawsitive grooming. 

I agree to allow simply pawsitive grooming to use my pets name and any image or videos taken while he/she is in the care of grooming, in any format, for use, at any time. In any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade, or promotional materials. 

Although accidents are rare, there are risks when handling pets, simply pawsitive grooming will inform you immediately of any incident that occurs or that we may notice. Your pets safety and comfort is our number one priority. Should my pet need vet care during the process, i authorize simply pawsitive grooming to act as my agent in the event of an emergency vet services, caretaking, and or transportation is necessary at owners expense.
